Who we are

This site is operated by Virtual Realms Studios LLC, an independent studio based in Utah, United States. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Virtual Realms Studios LLC, and “you” means the person using the site.

What this site is

This site describes DropWyrm VTT, a virtual tabletop we are building, and lets you join a waitlist to hear about it. Everything here describes work in progress. Features, screenshots, tier names, prices and timelines are all subject to change or removal before release, and some described features may never ship.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a contract, or a promise that any particular feature or price will exist. Pricing shown on the site is provisional. The terms that will govern DropWyrm VTT itself, including any subscription, will be presented to you when the product becomes available, and those terms will apply to the product rather than these.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we may email you about DropWyrm VTT: launch news, development updates, and, if you opted in, invitations to the open beta. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may leave the list at any time. A place on the waitlist is not a reservation, a license, a purchase, or a guarantee of access, pricing or beta participation. We may close, pause or retire the waitlist at any point.

When you submit the form, you agree that the information you give us is accurate and that the email address is yours to use. How we handle what you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Please use the site in good faith. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or abusive information, or sign up using someone else’s details
• Use the form to send spam, advertising, malware or unlawful content
• Attempt to bypass the site’s spam and bot protections, or to disrupt, overload or probe the site or its underlying services
• Scrape, copy or reproduce the site’s content for a competing product or service
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of these terms

We may block access, remove submissions or refuse service if we believe any of the above is happening.

Our content and trademarks

The site and its contents, including text, artwork, logos, screenshots, layout and code, belong to Virtual Realms Studios LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. DropWyrm and the Virtual Realms Studios name and logo are trademarks of Virtual Realms Studios LLC, with registration pending. You may view and share the site, but you may not copy, modify or reuse its content commercially without our written permission.

Any other product, company or game system names mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners, and their use here is for identification only. Mentioning a game system does not imply that its publisher endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with DropWyrm VTT.

What you send us

If you send us feedback, feature requests, bug reports or other ideas, you agree we may use them to develop and improve our products, without obligation, payment or credit to you. Please do not send us anything you consider confidential or proprietary. You keep ownership of anything you write to us; this simply means we are free to act on suggestions without owing anyone a share of the result.

Third-party services and links

The site relies on outside services for hosting, email, fonts and bot protection, and it may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of anything we do not operate. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Availability

We provide this site on an as-is basis and may change, suspend or take it down at any time without notice. We do not promise that it will always be available, error free, or free of interruption.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the information on the site is complete, current or accurate, given that it describes a product in development.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Virtual Realms Studios LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect through this site and what you can ask us to do with it. It forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and the updated terms apply from the moment they are posted. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding this site.
